I was pleasantly surprised regarding the prompt answer and availability of the employees of this company. What I would   suggest and appreciate for the future would be receiving a receipt, and also it wouldn't hurt a list with prices for each type of service provided.
All in all I was impressed on the way they handled the situation we found ourselves in, and for the fact that they called a different platform car and that the other person arrived in less than 30 minutes.
